Early life

T. Scott Jones was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. He holds the distinction of being one of the country’s youngest Eagle Scouts, having earned the Boy Scouts of America’s top honor at the tender age of thirteen. Graduating from Farragut High School in 1984, T. Scott attended and graduated from Oxford College in 1986, and then Emory University in 1988, obtaining three degrees and a minor in only four years of study, all while working as well as maintaining a full social calendar, as Rush Chairman (Damn Glad to Meet You), with the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. After graduation, T. Scott headed home to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he became a member of The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, maintained full-time employment and, despite the same, graduated early – in two and a half years – in 1990.

I was referred to T. Scott for my case and he exceeded our expectations. He and his team were professional, respectful and compassionate. He made a nerve racking and unfamiliar process much easier than anticipated- I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!
