Landon M. Hickey
Landon M. Hickey is a Blount County native with strong ties to the greater Knoxville area. He graduated from Alcoa High School in 2010, followed by UT Chattanooga in 2014 and LMU – Duncan School of Law in 2018. Mr. Hickey excelled in both his undergraduate and law school studies, all while maintaining full-time jobs and an active social calendar.
With a primary focus on civil litigation, Mr. Hickey believes vehemently in serving those that have been wronged or suffered harm through no fault of their own, and is willing to go above and beyond for his clients when necessary. His legal research, negotiation, and client communication skills have all proved him to be a valuable part of the Banks & Jones team with a bright future at the firm. Mr. Hickey’s practice also focuses on Social Security Disability law and, through hard work and long hours, he has helped clients get approved who had previously been denied benefits and turned away by other lawyers. Additionally, Mr. Hickey heads up the firm’s estate planning and probate practice, where he has helped counsel many individuals and families through legal processes and formalities that often prove daunting when faced unaided.
Outside of practicing law, Landon enjoys getting outdoors and is an avid hiker, runner, and photographer. He also likes cooking, travel, woodworking, and gardening and enjoys attending services at Shoreline Church in Knoxville. If you or a loved one are faced with any of the above-mentioned legal issues, please contact Mr. Hickey today to book a consultation.
