Alexia R. Koogler

Alexia R. Koogler has been a valued member of the Banks and Jones team for the past two and a half years, working as a law clerk while completing her legal education. As of November 2025, she is now a licensed attorney and has joined the firm as an associate.

A Knoxville native, Alexia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2021, where she was a member of the 1794 Honors Program. She went on to graduate cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2025. During law school, Alexia served for two years as Secretary of the Women of Law Society, helping to organize pro bono initiatives and community events for students and faculty. She also received an award recognizing her academic achievements and abilities in legal writing.

During her time at Banks and Jones, Alexia has gained extensive experience working on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and family law matters. These experiences have shaped her passion for advocating on behalf of individuals facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances, and she looks forward to continuing this work as an attorney with the firm and serve East Tennesseans.
