Anthony Rogers
Anthony is a recent addition to the Banks and Jones lineup. He comes from a career in criminal law as he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the 9th Judicial District for 10 years. He currently serves as the Morgan County General Sessions Judge as well as the Wartburg Municipal Court Judge.
Born and raised in Morgan County, Tennessee, Anthony graduated from Wartburg Central High School in 2007. He then went on to graduate from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science in 2011, and then to Lincoln Memorial – Duncan School of Law to earn his J.D. in 2015. Throughout college and law school, Anthony worked in construction, grave digging, and eventually cleaner jobs such as waiting tables, working as a teller at a local bank, and becoming a Deputy Clerk in the Morgan County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. His decade of experience in criminal prosecution offers a unique perspective for all criminal matters. Aside from professional criminal law experience, Anthony has over 10 years of personal experience with commercial and residential real estate.
Anthony and his family are members of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wartburg. He is a proud husband to his wife, Kayron, and father to his two beautiful daughters, Emory and Anneli. He relies on weight lifting, running, and the gun range to clear his mind. On weekends, he can be found taking it easy with his family and lifelong friends.
